Payment methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American express, Apple Pay, Union Pay, and Paypal. The total amount will be charged to your card once your order has been confirmed.
WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will be emailed a Céline Camille reference number to see the status of your order.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
As all pieces are hand-made and laboured with love, We aim for a 3-5 week turnover. You will be able to see the status of your order through the reference number emailed upon order confirmation.
SHIPPING
We make and send all our pieces from our London studio. Purchases from the UK will be sent via DPD.
All Céline Camille Jewellery is sent internationally with Royal Mail internationally tracked letter. Customs and tax fees are not the responsibility of Céline Camille Jewellery, and we advise you to check the local fees from your destination country as these are not factored into the final price.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Céline Camille is not responsible for lost or stolen packages upon successful shipment, however we understand how distressing it may be and are ready to help. Each order is given a tracking number by Royal Mail for international orders, and DPD for UK orders. Please email us at celinecamillejewellery@gmail.com with the name on your order, order number, and tracking number, and we will assist you in finding a solution.
Shipping can be unreasonable, which is why we offer two types of delivery: standard and additional coverage. Although both offer tracking, the additional coverage service provides up to £250 GBP of compensation should the event of a lost package occur. We recommend choosing the additional coverage to prevent any heartbreaks.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Céline Camille items are all made to order, and as such all sales are final.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to modify the piece in any way. Please reach out to celinecamillejewellery@gmail.com with requests and we can work together to design an item you love.
